  • Chalfont, PA 18914FT CRNA needed for surgical suite in prestigious Bucks County. 40 hours, 5x8s. No call, no weekends! Base 205K with 20K sign-on bonus! United Anesthesia Services, P.C. (UAS) is recruiting to fill full-time CRNA staff at Bucks County Surgical Suites. License/Certifications Required – all current and valid - CRNA (Board Certified as Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) - RN (Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Critical Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support UAS boasts an exclusive partnership with Bucks County Surgical Suites, a free-standing, multi-specialty surgical center located in Chalfont, PA 18914. The Center consists of 2 ORs, 1 Treatment Room with technology that allows surgeons to perform procedures in specialty areas such as: Hand & Upper Extremities, Joint Replacements, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, ENT. Since 1996, United Anesthesia Services P.C. has partnered exclusively with leading health systems and anesthesia surgical centers to provide top-notch, full-service cardiac, chronic/acute pain, and critical care services to ORs, ambulatory procedure centers (outpatient), GI suites, EP labs, OB, IR, and more. UAS offers a robust compensation package including generous paid time off and employer-paid health and retirement benefits.   • Must be able to appropriately: Assess patients’ status, induce and maintain anesthesia, establish IV access, intubate patients. Must promptly report any problems or concerns to attending anesthesiologist. Cases will be reviewed at random to evaluate performance. Communication Skills Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing, including but not limited to the following: Complete, clear and appropriate documentation Timely communication Accurate sign-out documentation Appropriate transfer of care Effective, respectful communication with patients and other clinicians Regular communication with attending physician Education, Training, and Certification Requirements

  • CRNAs must maintain the following licenses and credentials: Registered RN in the State of Pennsylvania Completion of an approved program in Nurse Anesthesia Must maintain certification of Nurse Anesthesia by the America Association of Nurse Anesthetists(AANA) and State of Pennsylvania Maintenance of Continuing Education requirements of the AANA Must complete all required UAS training programs Must maintain BLS & ACLS certifications, and PALS certifications as required Must maintain facility privileges Physical Requirements Regularly standing for periods of up to 60 minutes Ability to lift 20 lbs Ability to push/pull stretcher with patient (of up to 250 lbs)

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Pennsylvania RN license and be a Board Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory for this role.
