Newberry Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room to join our exceptional team.

Job Summary The Registered Nurse working in the operating room and the recovery room will have the knowledge of current trends and techniques in perioperative nursing as evidenced by the credentialing of the department. The RN must work effectively with the physicians, patients and peers possessing tact, discretion, and diplomacy. The RN must demonstrate leadership and possess the ability to work under pressure.
Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing At least six months nursing experience in an acute care setting. One year of perioperative experience preferred.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina. Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required.
