Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and mobility Offer companionship and emotional support Support clients with memory-related conditions such as Dementia or Alzheimer’s Communicate updates with families and care team Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance Must Have: Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Ability to reliably commute to job locations Experience or willingness to provide care for the elderly Willingness to undergo a background check Availability to work flexible hours Must live in Bolingbrook, Plainfield, Oswego, or Joliet Strong reliability and professional judgment Nice to Have: Active CNA license in good standing Prior home care experience Experience with memory care (Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s) Flexible scheduling tailored to your availability One-on-one care environment (no facility overload) Cell phone allowance Oil change assistance for your vehicle Supportive team environment Opportunity to build meaningful client relationships
