The Qualified Mental Health Professional provides in-person crisis support and facilitates the development of recovery-focused action plans for individuals in need. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify wellness goals, conduct community outreach, and ensure the safety of participants.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Licensure such as LPC, LCSW, or LSW is preferred, along with strong crisis intervention and communication skills.
Under the direction and immediate supervision of the Program Director, the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) / Therapist supports our Living Room Program. In this role, you will partner with a Recovery Support Specialist to respond in person to individuals experiencing mental health crises.
The QMHP will play a key role in assessment, crisis support, and recovery planning, working collaboratively to help people supported to develop an appropriate action plan.
Salary: $58,000-$60,000
