The Bereavement Specialist provides emotional support and grief counseling to families of hospice patients. They are responsible for developing care plans, facilitating support groups, and coordinating follow-up services.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Mental Health Nursing. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and a current New York State professional license are required.
