We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at the William Breman Jewish Home in Atlanta's Buckhead area (30327).

- Key responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies
- Help optimize functional mobility, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population
- Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-Service education
- In collaboration with the director of rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program
- Provide clinical supervision to therapy assistants as indicated
- Follow all infection control procedures and obra resident rights guidelines
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care
- Support compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Current or eligible physical therapist license in the state of practice
- Graduate of a capte-Accredited physical therapy program
- If foreign-Trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to u.s. Entry-Level pt education by an apta-Approved credentialing agency
