The CNA Trainee will participate in a paid training program to learn how to assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care. They will also be responsible for observing and reporting changes in resident conditions while maintaining safety and infection prevention standards.
Candidates must be at least 17 years old and possess a willingness to learn and commit to the full training program. While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, no prior healthcare experience is required.
