Requirements summary

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am – 4:30 pm. No nights or weekends. No required procedures. 35 patient facing hours; 1/2-day administrative time. Candidate
Qualifications: Experienced APPs with at least 1-2 years of gastroenterology, hepatology/transplant or internal medicine experience are preferred. Will consider a new grad who has strong desire to work in hepatology. Primary Care or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner – Master’s Degree or Doctorate of Nursing Practice required. License to practice as a Registered Nurse required. Certification in the area of practice from a nationally recognized certifying body required. Acute Care board certification preferred based upon population and acuity served. Physician Assistant – Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program required, Master’s Degree preferred. Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants preferred. APP who demonstrates appropriate critical thinking and interpersonal skills. APP who can prioritize and make proactive decisions.
