The Staff Nurse manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and departmental policies. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure quality healthcare delivery.
The role requires a registered nurse capable of performing patient assessments and implementing medical plans of care. Candidates must demonstrate the skills and judgment necessary to provide quality nursing interventions in an ICU environment.
