The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and managing individualized treatment and discharge plans. They must maintain positive interactions with patients and staff while adhering to state regulations regarding speech therapy services.
Candidates must be licensed speech-language pathologists capable of providing skilled therapy services in a clinical setting. The role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
