Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to help meet the growing demand for primary care services located at Franciscan Wheatfield Health Center [https://www.franciscanhealth.org/find-a-location/franciscan-wheatfield-health-center-219159] in Wheatfield, Indiana with occasional coverage at Franciscan Brook Health Center [https://directory.franciscanhealth.org/location/franciscan-brook-health-center] in Brook, IN. This provider would join a growing, thriving practice that provides a collegial environment and strong mentorship opportunities.
Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and a valid Nurse Practitioner certification. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is also required.
