The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct nursing care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities while maintaining accurate medical records. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing clinical assessments, and collaborating with the care team to update health care plans.
Candidates must hold a current Pennsylvania nursing license and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A minimum of one year of nursing experience is preferred.

Merakey is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Philadelphia, PA.
Earn: $32/Hour + Enhanced Pay Eligible ($2/Hour Additional, if opting in) + Benefits + Mileage Reimbursement
10am - 6:00pm
This is a community-based position requiring use of your own vehicle and valid driver's license.
Shift Differential, weekend, and holiday apply where applicable.
