We are seeking a Behavior Technician II to work with our guests living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) located in Woodbridge, VA.

We are hiring for the following schedules: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 3pm-11pm

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 7am-3pm

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 7am-3pm

Your Role in Our Mission

As Behavior Technician II (BT II), you will make a huge impact by support individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants' primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

Compensation & Benefits • Competitive Rate

  • $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
  • Receive a sign-on and retention bonus paid out at successful completion of 3, 6, and 12 months (full-time new hires only). Plus, additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits!

What We’re Looking For • * BT II

  • Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee, or
  • The ability to register as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee and be approved within 30 days of hire
  • Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders required
  • Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
