Position
Overview: We are seeking Licensed Graduate Social Workers (LGSW), Licensed Certified Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) to join our team as Therapist/Behavioral Health Care Managers. In this role, you will provide psychotherapy, group therapy, and collaborative care management to residents in need.

Responsibilities:
Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of residents.
Facilitate collaborative care management by coordinating with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other team members.
Address the mental health needs of residents with chronic severe mental illness, substance use disorders, depression, and major neurocognitive disorders.
Develop and implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based modalities.
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Candidates must possess current LSW or LISW licensure in West Virginia, and while a Master’s Degree in Social Work is preferred, it is not required. Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those with severe mental illness and neurocognitive disorders, is necessary, along with proficiency in EMR systems.
