About the role

The Clinical Psychologist will serve as an expert behavioral health consultant in long-term care facilities, providing individual psychotherapy sessions and conducting psychological assessments. They will also develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with facility staff.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited college/university
  • Active license to practice in State(s) where MTC Care operates
  • Significant experience in treating adult and/or senior patient population, particularly with patients exhibiting severe persistent mental illness
  • Strong communication skills and cultural humility

*Salaries starting at $115K+ bonus for Full-time 40hrs/wk*

Requirements

Candidates must have a doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology and an active license to practice in the relevant state. Significant experience in treating adult and/or senior populations, particularly those with severe persistent mental illness, is required.
