Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including transfers, bathing, and grooming for patients. Monitor patient health, document vitals in a digital system, and maintain a safe, sanitized home environment.
Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide (HHA) program and certificate is required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also necessary to reach clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities Hands-On ADL Support – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity.
Home Environment & Infection Control – Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space.
Medication & Symptom Monitoring – Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.
Therapeutic Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.
Accurate Documentation – Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.
