The clinician will develop and deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy services for adolescents in an intensive outpatient setting. They will also facilitate group, individual, and family therapy while coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and possess a valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Texas. A minimum of two years of professional experience in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy is required.

We are an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. We serve adolescents ages 12–17 of all genders. This role includes facilitating group therapy, providing individual and family therapy, and working closely with team members to support treatment planning and progress.
