The Registered Nurse assesses, directs, and coordinates patient care and procedures in an efficient and empathetic manner. They are responsible for the patient's plan of care and serve as a patient advocate and health teacher.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current New York State Registered Nurse license. One year of work experience in acute or critical care is required, along with current Basic Life Support certification.
Rome Health is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our PACU/Ambulatory Surgery departments. Registered Nurse assesses, directs, and coordinates patient care and procedures in an efficient, empathetic and timely manner appropriate to the age of patients served. "Owns" the plan of care for the patient and family. Serves as patient advocate and health teacher. EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current Basic Life Support; BS in Nursing preferred.
Licenses: Current Registered Nurse License in New York State
One year of work experience in acute or critical care.
