• We’re seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to perform VA Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) disability evaluations in a flexible, part-time role.
• This position is 1 day per week, alternating between Syracuse and Watertown, with minimal travel.
• What You’ll Love: 1 day/week schedule — no nights, weekends, or on-call Evaluation-only role — no treatment, no follow-ups Travel to Watertown just 2x per month Opportunity to expand to up to full-time by adding General Medical exams Compensation: Earn $180 per exam, with full-time potential ranging from $140,000–$150,000 annually Streamlined documentation system for efficient reporting Meaningful work supporting Veterans What You’ll Do: Perform VA TBI-focused evaluations Review medical histories and relevant diagnostics Complete clear, timely, and thorough reports What We’re Looking For: MD or DO with an active New York license Must meet qualifications to perform VA TBI exams Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Willingness to travel to Watertown 2x/month Interest in performing General Medical exams (preferred for expanded hours) Perfect for physicians seeking flexibility, supplemental income, or a pathway to a full-time, no-call schedule.
