Provide direct programming and daily living support, including dietary, laundry, toileting, and housekeeping assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ensure the well-being and empowerment of residents while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to communicate effectively in English. A valid Ohio driver's license and the ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certifications are required.
