Responsibilities may include: Client Support & Care Perform client wellness checks to ensure their well-being.
Assist clients with completing admission documents as needed.
Help train other caregivers on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in the client's home.
Provide non-medical support to agency service recipients.
Compliance & Documentation Be familiar with and follow all rules, policies, and procedures related to service delivery.
Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
Adhere to the individual service plan for each recipient.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all client records and information unless authorized by written consent.
Safety & Reporting Immediately report any incidents of injury involving the service recipient or yourself to your supervisor.
Report any suspected abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities and your supervisor.
