About the role

The Regional Medical Assistant will support physicians and practitioners by performing routine clinical tasks such as blood draws, vital signs, and immunizations. The role requires traveling between various medical practice locations to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

Could you be our next Regional Medical Assistant for Primary Care? This position requires travel between Bryn Mawr, Royersford, King of Prussia, Conshohocken, Collegeville and other locations as needed. There is a $5.00/hour travel component of pay associated with this role.

As a Medical Assistant, you get to work closely with both patients and healthcare providers.

You will care for patients by assisting physicians and practitioners with routine blood draws, vital signs, immunizations, EKG’s, etc.

Use your skills to help maintain a smooth patient flow and anticipate needs.

Travel required - Work location will vary based on business needs.

Experience

1. Proficient in medical procedures and medical terminology required. One year experience preferred. 2. Knowledge of personal computer and relevant software applications preferred. 3. Knowledge of third-party payors preferred.

Education

Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant Program is required.

Licensures/Certifications

Medical Assistant Certification Strongly Preferred All Main Line Health Care Medical Assistants are required to have their BLS for Healthcare Providers at time of hire or within 30 days of their start date. Valid Driver's License required You can make a difference for our patients by joining our MA Team. Apply today!

Candidates must be graduates of an approved Medical Assistant program and possess a valid driver's license. Proficiency in medical terminology and the ability to wear a respirator are required, with BLS certification needed within 30 days of hire.
