Our dentists are supported by experienced clinical teams and a strong operational team, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent care to children and their families. You’ll step into a strong patient base with consistent new patient flow, providing the opportunity to quickly build and maintain a productive schedule. This opportunity offers modern technology and the support of a superbly trained clinical team experienced in pediatric care. Full-time dentists enjoy paid time off and reimbursements for continuing education and malpractice insurance. This role is ideal for a Pediatric Dentist who values clinical autonomy, strong patient demand, and the support needed to succeed in a collaborative, child-focused environment. Compensation includes a competitive percentage of collections with an initial daily guarantee to support a smooth transition into the practice.

Schedule

Monday - Friday Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive and restorative services Create a positive, comfortable experience for children and their families Educate patients and parents on oral health, hygiene, and treatment options Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Adhere to clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
