About the Role

• As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Park Manor Tomball, you will play a critical role in delivering compassionate and high-quality nursing care to our residents.
• Your primary focus will be to support the healthcare team by providing direct patient care, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with medical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• You will ensure that each resident's physical and emotional needs are met, promoting their comfort and well-being in a respectful and dignified manner.
• This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ultimately, your contributions will help maintain a safe, supportive, and healing environment for all residents in our care facility.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid and current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
