The Residential Counselor assists the clinical team in carrying out resident treatment plans and daily program schedules. They provide direct care and support to adolescents in a psychiatric residential setting while maintaining a therapeutic environment.
A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field. Candidates should have at least one year of direct care experience working with children or adolescents in a residential or educational setting.
