The Residential Counselor works with the clinical team to implement master treatment plans and assist nurses in the psychiatric and physical care of residents. They are responsible for engaging with residents in therapeutic activities while maintaining appropriate boundaries and safety.
A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field. Candidates should have at least one year of direct care experience working with adolescents in a residential or educational setting.
