Role Purpose The Staff LPN Ambulatory is responsible for providing direct patient care under the direction of a physician or other licensed provider in an ambulatory care setting. Assigned tasks may include rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering medications in-office, initiating/discontinuing IV fluids, performing point of care lab testing, assisting with procedures and triaging patient phone calls. All responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with applicable state regulations.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and an LPN license with IV certification. No prior experience is required, though an Associate or Trade School degree in nursing is preferred.
