Work Schedule

• 90% FTE, 3-12 hour shifts with rotating weekends being added in the future. 11:00am-11:00pm You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program. Required Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience 2 years of recent medical surgical or related nursing experience. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois and required certification for respective nursing departments. Required Bi-annual CPR and ACLS certification. Required Successful completion of the UW Health PICC certification program within 6 months.
