The physical therapist is responsible for conducting systematic patient assessments and managing a caseload of 10-12 patients. They must ensure accurate documentation, interpret diagnostic data, and provide counseling to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold current state licensure or be eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist. Additionally, a BLS certification is required or must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.

Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
