The Nurse Practitioner will perform physical examinations, treat illnesses and injuries, and provide preventive health care across the life cycle. They will also collaborate with physicians and the health care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse and a certified Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care with prescriptive privileges in Rhode Island. At least one year of experience in a community health or ambulatory setting is required.

Work with other personnel of the health center and the physicians, to make the delivery of health care more efficient, more comprehensive, and improve the quality in accordance with the policies and procedures of PCHC, the laws of Rhode Island, and appropriate standards of care.
Experience – Skill set and interest to care for patients experiencing homelessness. Minimum 2 years of community health or ambulatory setting experience.
