The CT Technologist performs radiographic procedures using ionizing radiation to produce high-quality diagnostic images. They also assist physicians with the administration of radiopaque media and ensure patient safety and comfort.
Candidates must have a 2-year degree in Radiologic Technology. Certification as a CT Technologist by the ARRT and BLS certification are required within specified timeframes.
