The LPN/LVN will provide direct patient care according to personalized care plans and physician orders. They will monitor patient behaviors and collaborate with Registered Nurses to ensure effective patient care.
Candidates must have current LPN/LVN licensure and CPR certification. One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred, with rehabilitation experience being a plus.

Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification. One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
