The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will serve as a consultant in long-term care facilities, providing individual and group psychotherapy sessions and developing individualized treatment plans for adults and/or seniors. Responsibilities also include completing screenings, providing education, collaborating with facility staff, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work and be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor capable of practicing and billing independently with an active license in the operating state(s). Significant experience treating adult and/or senior populations, especially those with severe persistent mental illness, is required.
