Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a mental health field and possess current New York State licensure such as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Experience in outpatient mental health settings and knowledge of trauma-informed care are required.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide individual and group psychotherapy services, develop treatment plans, and collaborate closely with other clinical staff to ensure integrated care for clients with diverse mental health needs.
Provide individual and group therapy to clients with a variety of mental health disorders in an outpatient setting. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment approaches as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, and other professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment. Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related mental health field. Current New York State licensure as a Mental Health Professional (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) is required. Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy, preferably in a community-based or behavioral health setting. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and trauma-informed care. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate cultural competence.
