The APP will provide follow-up and ongoing management for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes. They will manage patient caseloads in partnership with physicians and coordinate care across healthcare settings.
Candidates must hold a Master of Science degree and be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. A current California licensure and specialty certification are required.
