The Licensed Practical Nurse will conduct intake assessments, monitor client health, and administer medications within a detox and stabilization setting. They will also maintain accurate documentation, coordinate hospital transfers, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Candidates must hold an active LPN license in Illinois and possess CPR/First Aid certification. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced behavioral health environment are required.
