About the role

Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric clients within a collaborative, team-oriented clinic environment. Work alongside speech-language pathologists and physical therapists to deliver high-quality care.

Therapy Discoveries and Speech and Language Rehab. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our established pediatric therapy team in Wallace.

We have proudly served our community for over 30 years and recently expanded into a larger, updated clinic at 112 Medical Village Drive, Suite A, Wallace, NC.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and supportive administrative staff.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

This is an in-office pediatric therapy role with no travel required.

Master’s degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure Passion for working with pediatric clients Strong communication skills Strong documentation skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Competitive salary Full-time or part-time flexibility Health insurance Established referral base Collaborative team environment Long-standing, reputable practice Updated clinic space In-office setting with no travel required

Requirements

Requires a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Candidates must hold or be eligible for an active North Carolina Occupational Therapist license.
