The RN/LPN is responsible for providing direct patient care, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and conducting nursing assessments. They must also maintain accurate medical records, ensure patient confidentiality, and collaborate with the medical team to support treatment engagement.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Tennessee. The role requires the ability to work effectively with individuals in psychiatric or chemical dependency treatment and strong communication skills.
RN/LPN is responsible for providing care to clients to include but not limited to, administering medication, taking vitals, assessing medical needs.
Current unrestricted licensure in TN (as required by facility) as an RN or LPN. Able to read, analyze, and interpret policies and directions, and present information effectively, both orally and written Ability to work with both chemically dependent and individuals in psychiatric care in a non-judgmental, compassionate fashion Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from a wide variety of data and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
