Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care within scope of practice in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards Ensure patient safety by recognizing limitations and seeking resources when needed Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Set priorities and evaluate patient outcomes through evidence-based interventions Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans
BA/BS/BSN required Active New Jersey RN License required Minimum 1 year of bedside nursing experience in Acute Care or Rehab Prior Critical Care experience preferred BLS required ACLS required within 6 months of hire Previous hospital experience strongly preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work with patients and families Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with healthcare systems Why Join Us?
