Deliver basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments. Support patients with activities of daily living while maintaining their dignity and comfort. Coordinate and communicate effectively with Registered Nurses and other healthcare staff. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and progress. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the clinical environment. Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Graduation from an accredited LPN program. Previous experience in healthcare settings preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
