Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to patients in their homes within the Waco, TX region. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, developing treatment plans, and managing chronic conditions.
Candidates must be Board Certified with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Florida. A minimum of 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients is required.

We are looking for an experienced Full-time Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to our patients in the Waco, TX region. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.
• Full-time: $95,000 (depending on experience and other incentives)
