Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

In this role, you will

• Support
• Nursing
• Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with
• Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage
• Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain
• Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide
• Laundry
• Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow
• Safety &
• Compliance
• Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observe and
• Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Assist as
• Needed: Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
