Provide training, supervision, and assistance to individuals with complex injuries in residential and community settings. Facilitate daily living activities, support behavioral plans, and assist with community integration and transportation.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and six months to one year of experience in human services. Must possess a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years old, and pass a background check.
