The Perinatal Behavioral Health Coach (PBHC) is a core member of the collaborative care team, which also includes OB providers, Care Coordinators, Licensed Therapists, and Psychiatric Consultants. The PBHC is responsible for providing virtual coaching sessions for patients in the collaborative care program The Perinatal Behavioral Health Coach collaborates with the other Care Team members to determine clinical management recommendations when appropriate.
Reports To: Head of Coaching Services
Compensation: $25 per 30-minute session
Location: Remote
Hours: 10-25 hours per week
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
• Certified Behavioral Health Coach (through FamilyWell’s Perinatal Behavioral Health Certification Program [https://familywell.thinkific.com/courses/PBHC]) OR PMH-C through Postpartum Support International (strongly preferred)
