• We are seeking an experienced Travel (Float) Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver flexible, high-quality care across our South and Central New Jersey locations, including Hamilton, Ewing, Voorhees, Cherry Hill, and Willingboro.
• This position may also provide coverage at select sites throughout New York and New Jersey.
• This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams across a varied schedule, making it a great fit for clinicians seeking flexibility and diverse clinical experiences.
• The position has a guaranteed schedule of 32 hours per week with the potential to work up to 40 hours.

• As a Float Provider we require that you remain a flexible schedule as we expect you to be available to cover shifts for absent teammate members as well as position vacancies, at a moment’s notice.
• This Float role requires travel as it involves working at various locations when needed; teammates may work within the same state, or in multiple states and therefore being able to adapt to various work settings is a fundamental component of this role.
• This role requires collaborating with different teams in diverse settings and is expected to ensure continuity of work processes and procedures and ensure consistency with follow-through and/or transitioning tasks when needed.

• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred Pay Range: $120,000 - $135,000/yr for a schedule of 32hrs a week.
• This position is a Float role and requires travel to other locations within the state and/or region.
