The Occupational Therapist provides skilled, home-based therapy services to patients as ordered by a physician to improve functional outcomes. They are responsible for developing individualized care plans, educating families, and supervising COTA staff while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a current Occupational Therapist license in the state of employment and possess at least one year of experience in an acute care setting. A valid driver's license and personal auto insurance are also required for travel between patient homes.

Champaign county, Clark County. Miami County, Shelby County, and small parts of Logan County (West Liberty, De Graff, Quincy) How You'll Make a Difference Care and compassion are at the heart of what you'll do as an Occupational Therapist (OT). You'll be part of an interdisciplinary team that focuses on providing compassionate quality care and producing positive outcomes for your patient population. You'll provide home-based therapy care for patients as directed by the attending physician.
