The Home Health Aide will provide routine individualized care to patients in their homes or care facilities. Responsibilities include monitoring health status, providing personal care, and teaching family members how to assist with patient care.
Candidates should have experience in hospice, home health, or related fields. A positive demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with patients are essential.
