The Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment for clients in an outpatient/substance abuse program. They provide individual, group, collateral, and family therapy while overseeing day-to-day operations of treatment services.
A Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field is required, along with eligibility for clinical KY Masters-level licensure. The position also requires maintaining current licensure and adhering to ethical guidelines.
The Therapist has the primary responsibility for the assessment, planning and implementation of the treatment for clients in outpatient/substance abuse program. The Therapist provides both direct services and mobilizes the resources of the total treatment milieu.
This includes, but is not limited to, individual, collateral, group and family therapy.
