The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to individuals in a medically managed withdrawal setting, focusing on direct care that promotes health and treats illness. Responsibilities include administering medications, conducting assessments, and maintaining medical records.
Candidates must have graduated from a state-accredited School of Nursing and hold a current, unencumbered license to practice in Oregon. One year of experience is preferred, but new graduates may be considered.
