PACS
As an STNA, the primary responsibility is to provide direct nursing care and supervision to residents, ensuring all care aligns with federal, state, and local standards. This must be done under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to maintain the highest quality of resident care.
Candidates must possess a valid STNA License in Ohio and meet all continuing education requirements mandated by state practices. Furthermore, the employee is required to maintain their license in good standing with the state board.
